Mate s an honest seller and issued the refund as soon as he found out the item was not received. Could have informed that the item was posted but was delayed by the courier or that a refund is being issued but no communication.

I dispatched the item within time. The item was lost by royal mail, I don't track low value items. I sent a refund as soon as the buyer told me, not eBay. I don't understand the false claims of no communications. I'm not a mind reader. I refunded the buyer as soon as I was told he didn't receive it.
