Tubes were packed very well and shipped fast. Upon arrival, they were a little different than described, but still fully functional and in good condition. Mike worked with me regarding the minor discrepancies and was very kind to make it up to me by offering a partial refund or free return shipping. The vacuum works perfectly! I used it for a couple of weeks before leaving feedback, just in case there was any issues. I've used it probably 5-6 times now since it was delivered, and so far there have been no issues of any kind. It was shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and was packaged very well. The seller has EXCELLENT communication, and answered all of my questions over several days before I made the purchase. Very friendly, and professional. This was a TRUE 5 Star experience.

Seller negotiated fairly, was prompt with delivery & the suitcase arrived well packed & unscathed. I am very happy that the suitcase is in better condition than indicated by the photographs. Seller also found a less expensive shipper (after I had paid for the transaction) & refunded me the difference. Four stars for shipping costs has nothing to do with the seller, but over $100 to ship a suitcase, just seems like a lot to me. I would definitely execute another transaction with this seller.
