Good seller on this purchase that went well.However the seller was selling the same MTH Hopper at the same time but with another road number, which interested me .Except that the first one I bought , could be sold outside of the USA (export ) , but the other not . In any case the seller was unable to modify his offer to allow a non residend to bid. Despite serveral mail , 10 days of patience and entreaty, hes was unable to understand that it was up to him to change this ! the third world !
