The unit even had its original packing box and foam) so we bought confident it would arrive in one piece. Instead of removing the platter and using the included foam cutouts seller shipped with it still on! Of course it dislodged and smashed plastic bits everywhere, turning a repairable turntable into scrap. When asked politely for resolution refused with belligerance
