    Instructions aren't ideal

    This pack has everything you need to replace the elastic in your tent poles (well you'll need pliers and scissors but that's it). The method in the instructions, which says to tape the cord to the wire and push them through together, is slow and difficult at best and for me just didn't work. I found it much more effective to bend one end of the wire over the end of the cord, ensuring the cord is pinched tightly using pliers so it stays attached. Then the wire can easily be threaded through each pole and the cord pulled through behind it.

    Tent support arms re- elastic.

    In the kit: bungee, wire lead and washers for tying off against. I superglue the ends of old/new bungee and pulled through then tied off one end against a washer. Then tensioned the bungee and tied off successfully the opposite end. The wire trace would be used to pull through the bungee when the bungee has already broken.
