      Solid drive

      I usually use Re4s. I tried this drive because it was available for quick shipment and the specs looked good for my application. Fast drive. Used as a JBOD disk in a 2012R2 Hyper-V environment and noticed performance increases immediately. I will buy again for servers as well as NAS deployment.

      It's what you'd expect from a NAS drive

      Wester Digital is one of the most reliable drive manufacturers out there in my opinion. They're relatively quiet and reliable compared to other drives I've had in my past (seagate and toshiba). NAS drives are great because they don't tend to break and are cheap. Good choice if you need long term storage
