I purchased a new A54 5g and it arrived sooner than expected. Upon opening the sealed box I inserted my existing sim card and the phone did not work. I took it to my cell provider and they tried my sim card, their sim card and "e-sim". Determined phone defective. Contacted seller for a replacement and seller helped me with the refund and replacement process. New phone promptly arrived in sealed box and works fine. Would buy from this seller again and will recommend seller to family and friends.

The description was totally accurate (based on the price I was afraid it may have been a "Excellent" refurb, but it was not) The seller's communications were great, he responded within in a minute to my inquiry before I made the purchase.
