    Ships very fast, good packing, unfortunately one of the three foaming soap dispensers didn't work on the high output mode but I don't use it anyway. I'm sure they would have allowed a return but not worth it.

    Quality product, great results!

    I've used the older version of this coffee maker for many years (8 to 10) and it always made a great cup of coffee but was starting to get a little sloppy due to wear, so we replaced it with the newest version. This DGB-800 Works great also, really appreciate the lighted display window and the redesigned grinder and brew section. This thing makes a great cup of coffee and has proven reliability. The only drawback is it seems to use more beans (than the older version) to achieve the same results.

    Weak.

    This coffee maker is weak at best. It can't make 12 cups without the water overflowing out of the basket. Went to 10 cup setting and 12 cups of water, still the basket overflows with coffee grounds flowing over the sides of the basket at getting in to the carafe. The hopper for the beans is only large enough for 2 pots. NOT IMPRESSED.

    I had the old model Cuisinart it worked good but had two many parts for the grounds basket and it had to be in a set position to work. This new model is great. Grounds basket is on piece. Brews 12 cups of coffee in 15 minutes. Makes great tasting coffee using whole beans. Setting it up is a little tricky but if you read the directions, it's not to bad. I highly recommend this grind and brew for your next coffee maker.

    Good Refurbished Product

    The coffee maker works great . It is usually a gamble when you purchase a refurbished unit , but so far , so good . The only drawback I can see is the difficulty cleaning the burr grinder . If you initiate the grind cycle without removing the remaining beans in the hopper , you will not necessarily waste them , but , you will use a larger amount of beans than actually needed .

    Don't bother

    Unfortunately, this coffeemaker did not work. We've had this model since it was first on the market and LOVE it. They have usually lasted over five years. When our last one no longer worked we thought we'd try the refurbished. It would grind, then shut off, then grind again. We tried it several times... no luck.
