Brand new condition in original packaging, nice looking unit at a good price, only gripe is the very poor electrical connector plugs which the pins inside don’t line up perfectly so you can’t push them together easily but I’ve ordered a new better quality connector to overcome this problem so all good. A1 seller

Item was just in a brown envelope with no protection and as it is a paper filter, it is slightly deformed. This is probably due to postal handling but would have expected better protection. Arrived one day later than suggested.

Speedy dispatch, but due to the unscrupulous Royal Mail, the package had been torn open and the oil filter was missing… Nothing to do directly with The Bike Guys. However, after only a few messages back and forth they sent me an FOC replacement and it arrived within 2 days. Now THAT is great customer service, on quality and affordable bike parts.
