I ordered a 4pk of anti vibration mounts from this seller. Unfortunately 1 of the mounts in the pack was different to the other 3 (smaller). I got in touch with the seller and let them know the issue. They got back to me straight away and let me know that they would arrange a replacement set of mounts, free of charge, but I would have to wait up to 100 days for the replacements as they were being sent direct from China, not Australia where the first set came from. Still waiting 🤨
