    I am giving the seller Positive feedback for responding to my concern quickly. However, my purchase was not packaged safely - the item (word processor) was shipped from CA to NY in a thin bubble mailer and then shoved into my mailbox (which was not the carriers fault). The poor packaging possibly caused the damage that I inquired about, or it also could have been an oversight on the product being tested. I would think twice about purchasing from this buyer.

    It may be technically impossible for one person to give a seller and transaction 'three thumbs up' but I'm doing it anyway. The Sony TCM-400DV was in beautiful condition and has performed flawlessly. It arrived well-packed and even two days earlier than anticipated.
