The item I ordered arrived and the contents (brush) appeared to be crushed, therefore deforming the bristles, rendering it not fit for purpose and the packaging also damaged...
With the help from Ebay, they were Polite and very apologetic during our conversations, followed through with a refund that went through right away. Thank you.
