Item sold as new but is definitely not new. Tried contacting seller, but no response over 4 calendar days.
Asked to return and refund as it was sold under false advertisement.
Original box is in rough shape, with a lot of packing tape on the edges. You can see the previous preload assist label on the box as well.
There is a light smell of mint/menthol coming from the item as well.
Do not recommend seller for falsely advertising item and not responding to questions.

I responded to you twice and told you that the item was listed in the condition it was in but if you wanted to return it that was fine. You never put in for the return.
