My item showed up well packaged and as the description stated. I say that i over paid and this was only due to the exchange rate from USD to CAD. But when the seller doesnt like your honest feedback, they write you with a long unessasary email stating they made no money and that a neutral rating must be changed to a possitive. So here we are...

I asked for the neutral to be changed because his “over paying” had NOTHING to do with me or my item. eBay’s international shipping program, customs rates and a socialist country caused him to “over pay”, not me and I shouldn’t receive feedback that negatively reflects something that has NOTHING to do with me or that I have no control over.
