Up-side: Laptop arrived in good packaging, works well, and looks far better than described. Down-side: Seller needs to improve logistics: I was not happy that the laptop arrived a week after it was purchased (carrier slow-walked the 4-lb package for a week!). I gifted the laptop to my family member, 1/2 way across the US, using USPS 2-day priority mail with $500 insc. for just $25. Note to Seller: Improve your rating by improving your logistics.

I bought seeing that it was “refurbished “ it came in factory box, with factory charger and papers, stickers still factory sealed. I would not hesitate buying from this seller again! My only constructive feedback would be more of a request that the seller found a better carrier for shipping. UPS was horrible. Please do not let the reflect on the seller, because they are top notch, and shipped on time!!
