Required a power supply that was not packaged with the unit and the instructions clearly stated included. I attempted to use it without a power supply and unit would not work. I dug through my box of power supplies and found one to fit and with it the converter worked. Seller referred to manufacturer and says the manufacturer does not say included when it is in black and white in English that it does. Disturbing attitude of seller!
