Item not as described. The Roku stick was listed as open box, but no mention in the description of the original charger being replaced with a Samsung charger. It didn’t work with the Samsung charger. Seller gave a $12 credit & said would ship a replacement charger. It never arrived & when asked for tracking info, seller didn’t provide it. I bought a new working same model Roku stick & through testing found the WiFi cord also defective. Seller agreed to full refund, but that was a lie.

Item came in the box flawless. Everything worked and shipping was well packed. No damage to the box and controller came clean with no signs of wear. Great price for near new controller. Only issue was missing USB charging cable. Perhaps this is why it was an open box item as it may have been a return. Nevertheless, I was able to purchase OEM cable separately and still kept the price of the controller to around $100 in total. Still a great deal! I will recommend shopping with this seller!
