The hat is exactly like the seller described. It was packaged well and arrived in tact. The shipping cost was a little more than I would have hoped to pay but I really waned this item, so I am grateful. However, it did come a lot later than expected. It shipped 2/21 and didn't arrive until 3/7. I was pleased that the seller did reach out to me to let me know he or she had gotten sick and it would be a day late. However, it turned out to be several days late. Overall, I'm pleased with everything.
