On Ohau, Hawaii, the north shore is famous for its waves. During winter, they can reach up to 50 feet. Surfing there used to be a rite of passage for a few but as the decades passed, more and more came for the ride of their lives and now the coastline holds the Triple Crown the last 3 surfing contests of the year. 400 surfers confront their fears and take to the water.
