    Overcharges for shipping. The seller listed the item as being charged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and ships the item at $.64 via eBay tracking in a plain white envelope. They were given NUMEROUS chances to rectify the overcharge but refuses to answer my inquiry and does not offer a refund for the overcharge. I've had over 10,000 transactions over 23 years and have never had this bad an experience. I don't leave negative feedback, but this one is the most deserving of it. Avoid!!!!
