Seller: Item was shipped very quickly, in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Seller shipped in a repurposed Amazon box which was a bit odd, but no complaints. Shipping: This is NOT the seller's fault, but USPS is terrible. Item was two days late arriving and box was crushed. Item was undamaged though. Item: item is great, but also NOT the seller's fault, a bit too big. I usually buy jackets a size larger, but that was a mistake for this particular item. That is my fault though!
