    Great German Shepherd Book

    This is a great book and the OPT methods do work with GSDs! I have the good fortune of being able to train personally with the author and she really knows what she is doing. The book provides some basic foundation training methods and are laid out very simply. We use this book in her training class and although it helps to have some hands-on from a professional trainer, we haven't covered anything that isn't already written down right there. I could stop the classes now and just follow the book, but want to move on to further training at her facility for competition. Bottom line is that her methods work and you can follow them with this comprehensive book. It covers just about anything that you need to know about GSD ownership and more!

    great book

    I am interested in Ger mand Shepherd dogs and this book is a welcome addition to my book shelf. I appreciate not wasting time with information about other breeds of dogs and getting right to the point.
