I have been selling jewelry on eBay for over 12 years and I ship all my pieces securely the same way. Never had an issue like this before. Please check the box carefully the ring is placed inside a small clear zip lock bag and placed in the packing peanuts so it doesn’t move around in transit. The ring is in the box I’m 100% confident. Please check again. I ship all my jewelry this way. If you must empty all the peanuts onto a large surface you will find the ring inside a small zip lock bag.
