Big bummer of a purchase, when it didn’t need to be, with a simple return. It’s the seller that made this a negative experience. The item was posted as a medium/measurements. However, t was 1-2 sizes smaller as they fit no where near my other exact same styles. I measured them to make sure. And it was definitely off. The seller was EXTREMELY RUDE and unkind in messaging when I messaged within hours of receiving the item with photos, etc. Buyer beware. Thank goodness for eBay customer service.

I am always extremely professional when dealing with issues. Buyer acknowledged they did not review measurements posted in the description nor did they fully review photos indicating the size tag was missing. The buyer continued to escalate the conversation which is when I had to get ebay inviolved. Measurements are included in most of my listings for buyers to review before making purchases. I have many happy customers and disappointed that with this buyer we were not able to get to an underst
