Part was described as new, came broken. Had a return policy on the original listing, but when I called the company to get a refund or a replacement, they told me they had no more to replace and that I could not send it back for a return. Very unhappy with the company. Luckily I am a contractor and was able to use parts from the one I had and the one I was sent and between the two of them, I was able to make one working furnace inducer motor.
