The purse arrived in the time it was supposed to and in the way that it was described.. which was “ new with tag “ . It still had the protective plastic wrapped around its shoulder straps and the tag still attached. I was so excited it looked as if it had not even been touched prior to my purchase. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the way that it showed up.
