The sheets arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Unfortunately they were advertised in the wrong size. After contacting the seller about the error, they did apologize and offered me a full refund however, they wanted me to repackage and mail them back. I shop online because of the convenience and do not have the time or patience to bother with it and will ultimately end up with a product that I cannot use
