Seller didn’t package item up well, so we’ll infact that the metal nozzles for the hoover got damaged in transit,
Seller wanted to send the whole hoover back, wouldnt just send the nozzles out…

buyer opened a return i offered a full refund and supply of return label he claimed item didnt work and also asked me to send him out replacement parts when i asked him to just return for a full refund at my expense he closed the return and has now claimed it wasnt packed very well you may check my feedback for my other feedback which actually is very good and i never ever refuse to refund when a buyer has a problem so i have my doubts about this buyers claims as he obviously wanted to keep it
