    Item description did not mention that the purse was missing the strap. The original box was in poor condition and was damaged in transit. For $20 for shipping, I would have expected the original box to be placed in another sturdier box for shipping. Item was not shipped promptly

    I am leaving a negative review based on four things- 1. The boots mailed to me were not size 6.5 but a 6. 2. They were not new. There are scuff marks on both boots. 3. Shipping was $25 and the seller simply wrapped the boot box with some tape and called it good. The box is disgusting from being in transit and the tape has also helped hurt the box. 4. Upon requesting a return based on the previous mentioned complaints, the seller denied a return stating “they were fine when they left”

    Boots were new and I have never heard of a 6.2 size! You paid 25.00 for a pair of 598.00 boots!
