    Unfortunately, the item description didn't match the cups and I didn't have use for the tea cups. However, as soon as I raised my concerns to the seller, they took full responsibility, refunded my payment and provided a return label. I've never had a return addressed so quickly & so well, so I am impressed. In addition, the packaging was excellent, clearly a sign of a caring seller; delivery was prompt. Although this item didn't work out, I would not hesitate working with this seller again.

    easy to use

    I replaced my original remote for my vizio smart tv. The original remote took alot of abuse over 4yrs.( meaning being dropped many times )I found the original remote on ebay for only $6.25.Works Great so far!I would advise anyone with vizio smart tv to buy one! B.W.

    Generic Replacement for Vizio remote

    From a distance it looks the same as the original Vizio remote with the exact same button arrangement. I checked the brand on this product listing before purchase and was impressed to find a listing that was the actual Vizio remote; this is not it. Up close the plastic has a different feel/finish, the buttons have a different font than the original and my OK button is upside down. It is a fully functional 1-to-1 replace of the original remote but it is not a Vizio remote; it is a generic one made with the same molds Vizio used. In my second photo you can see the slight differences between the Vizio remote on the left and this product on the right.

    Makes things easy. And simple

    Item is exactly what I needed ,runs on two triple AAA batteries, I just needed it to switch inputs on the tv, and it is very simple to use, power is on one side at top, and "input" is at the other. It's also nice having volume control again. Lost old remote (might have left with old couch) and I just had no idea how nice it was until it was gone.

    It works, but that's about it!

    It's not a genuine Vizio remote, but it works. The vizio logo on the center button was bent and fell off before I even used it. The original Vizio remote was one of the worst remotes I have ever had; really cheaply made with a piano black finish that was so hard to keep clean that I had to keep it in a plastic bag. So it would be hard for this replacement to be much worse than the real thing.
