Excellent experience. Promptly replied when asked for pictures. The server was very well packaged and is currently working without issues. This device was clean, well taken care of, came with both PSUs, power cables and 3 hdd trays and a blank spacer. Had to disable the BIOS password on the motherboard to complete my setup but given this is a learning tool for me it couldn't be better for the price. I know where I'll be looking the next time I'm in the market for similar homelab hardware.

This item was listed as refurbished, almost new. The unit has several dents, scratches and chips on the chassis face plate. Also, many places with sticker residue on chassis and face plate. The cooling fins on the back are scratched and chipped as well. The unit you sent is clearly not "refurbished" nor "almost new." After contact, the seller said they would send a replacement. After two requests, I still have not received an "almost new" unit. Avoid this seller! 0 Stars if that was an option!
