Given all the boxing, bubble wrap and shrink wrap there was no way the machine could have gotten any damage during shipment. Fantastic seller…even offered me a $30.00 discount because I asked a question and showed interest in the machine. Just took it for a short “test drive” and it stitches SO well. Love it!
