Found out product was not the size seller thought it was. Not here fault earlier Ugg boots did not have size labels and this was one of those pair. I wear a 7 and because owner said they were too tight for her I assumed it was a 7, but I think they are a 7.5. Despite not accepting returns, the seller accepted my request to return and sent me a shipping label immediately.
