    It was brand new in a box. Excellent condition. However I’ve been using it for hot flashes and so far, I’m uncertain if it’s working. I’m trying it, we will see. I had high hopes for this Embr Wave, for now I’m not so sure if it works for me or not. The price was right tho. I paid less than $50 for it.

    I love this device. So far, my hot flashes have decreased tremendously. The device arrived in excellent condition with the manual present. I love the color and I'm glad I didn't pay over 200 dollars on other sites. My only negative comment is, the mobile app is not compatible with my Samsung S21 Android phone.

    At first I didn't think it was going to work for me. In order to use the App for Wave 1 it needs an older operating system/version of your phone ( I don't know about iPhone?) Then somehow the long bar button on the front of the device must have gotten bumped a certain way, because it just started to work, and it is surprisingly helpful. I really have legit cooling and warming sensation. I would like the session to last longer, but I am just so glad it works. It came in perfect condition promptly

    Hot Flash Relief

    I love the cooling it gives. I have never used the warming feature, but when trying it out, this feature works well. To my surprise, the cooling feature helps to relieve migraine pain as well. My only negative is that the mobile app was not compatible with my Galaxy S21 FE 5G phone.

    Warm setting is very nice

    I got this since I run very cold. My mother had one for hot flashes and likes it a lot. She let me borrow hers one time for the warm setting and it worked well.

    It does what it says it will….

    I bought this to try it out to see if I liked it and if it worked for what it says it does. I absolutely have no issues at all and it does what it says it will. It looks like nice on and it easily fits under a sleeve.
