The only reason I am leaving positive feedback is the price of the parrot lilies and postage was good . You sent more than 5. For this I thank you. The packaging you sent the rhizomes in was appalling. To wrap them in paper towel, put them in a chocolate wrapper then in a standard DL envelope offers little to no protection. As a very experienced gardener, I believe that I can save these plants. They arrived today after a week in the mail. I am now rehydrating the rhizomes prior to planting.

Sorry you feel this way. I try to keep the cost down by selecting the lowest possible postage for the type of plant. All my other buyers have appreciated my attempt.

I got 5 Parrot Lily Tubers that arrived today. Reasonably priced an all. The only thing was because I have ordered a lot of stuff online I had to try and work out what this envelope was that arrived. If it had the senders name on would have been much easier. All and all I am happy with the overall purchase and can’t wait to plant these little gems out.
