Purchased this computer with the expectation of it running out of the box as described. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances with shipping it arrived in less than ideal condition. Refurb Technologies has been incredibly professional in both communication, and amazingly quick at correcting these errors which I fully believe were caused by shipping and not on their end. 10/10 Experience. I got to say that this L2 switch came well packaged and almost no scratches. I.e. in very good condition. Having said that the delivery took approximately over 2 weeks. Something ebay has to work on. Only thing I did not like was that it was shipped with the laptop box visible, making it known that it was obviously a computer to any would be porch thieves. Other than that I was very pleased with the purchase and it arrived exactly on the expected time and was exactly like the picture. Would buy again from this seller. 👍
