My own system has a world of problems. M$ Windows 11 is BETAware at best! But because of this problem they ran out of stock and had to get more in. They offered me a refund but I wanted the item so I elected to wait. Their communication was simply excellent. These type of problems can happen to anyone. I highly recommend them to everyone.
