Shipping was surprisingly fast even though it shipped out from China. The quality of the item was good if not quite as sturdy as the one being replaced. The one being replaced did not break but the pedal came loose and stripped the threads. Communications with the seller were satisfactory. If you are looking for a normal use replacement crank I would recommend this seller.
