The item I received was a spanish version of the item I ordered when the pictures clearly stated it was the north american exclusive steelbook from best buy. I reached out to the seller and the only thing he offered was a 10$ refund or return but I had already been waiting a while for the steelbook and did not really want to go through the hassle of returning. Overall disappointing
