Item was lost in the mail and seller was completely indifferent. After purchasing a post card for $20 it is terrible customer service to not even offer a partial refund. I regularly buy on E-bay and over 99% of my feedback is positive. I am always reluctant to post negative feedback but in this case believe this rating is warranted. Very disappointing transaction!
