Item as described - however shipping and communication were an issue. Purchased 10/9 and inquired with seller on 10/19 if was shipped yet as no tracking was provided and if not shipped I would prefer cancellation. Was told it had been shipped but it hadn’t. Label was created 10/20 and given to USPS 10/21 then delivered 10/25. Was a repeat customer but will not be again due to this.

I apologize for the situation. I'm usually right on top of things. I was moving at the time, the bag got lost in the shuffle and finally found. During this time, my only sister succumbed to a long illness which had taken my complete attention for a while. I can't imagine a situation like this happening again. Just one of those unavoidable things that happen in life.
