Bought this for a 08 Toyota Sienna with code P0138, high voltage B1S2. After research on the internet, people were replacing B1S1 to fix this issue. I followed the research and replaced B1S1 which is no easy feat. I had to use special sockets and come from underneath to get the job done. Luckily I had the special sockets where I work. Have put several miles on and the problem hasn't returned. My scanner results look better too as I was graphing the signals and replacing this changed them for the better. Before the fix B1S2 would stay around .7 to .8 volts all the time. Now it's running about .4 most of the time and follows B2S2 like it should.

First try was vendor with high rating but not branded sensor, it lasted about an hour. Ordered the Denso and it's perfect. Obviously I'm hoping this isn't going to die tomorrow!
