I can only assume the seller knew about this as after checking the listing I can now see it was listed as 'Very Good' despite the listing title containing 'Brand New Sealed'. Despite this I am still inclined to leave positive feedback as overall the item is in very good condition (as described) and was discounted from its original price, which was already good value. Thanks.
