The Caseta Line of Dimmers and Switches are awesome.
I’ve been buying Lutron Caseta switches and dimmers for some time now. They work flawlessly and accurately. I use The Lutron Caseta App to create device groups, custom scenes, and automatic schedules. The free Apple HomeKit app is an added bonus that allows me to voice command my light switches on or off, or to adjust my dimmers at specific power levels in whichever part of the house I tell it to control. Seems to work very nicely with all my Apple products so far. The Caseta Hub is a necessity if you really want to get the most out of your Lutron Caseta components, in my opinion. Automation in a box, ,work every time
I replaced 11 switches or dimmers, add 4 plug in lamp dimmers, 22 pico remotes and a casseta hub installed and programmed the hole system under 12 hours, linked it to my Alexa Echo dots. Some lights turn on at sunset and turn off at midnight others stay on until sunrise. I can be in NJ watching my camera in the Fl. living room and ask my Alexa Echo to turn on the Florida Living room lights to get the color picture instead of the infra red BW picture. It works every time !!! I installed home automation for decades, I wish the Caseta system was around back than. Very reliable lamp dimmer that can be controlled remotely.
This is a nice lamp dimmer that adds automation control to the any lamp that is plugged into it. Lutron has a whole set of Home Automation switches, dimmers, and lamp dimmers that are entirely reliable and easy to use.

Very nice features not mentioned in description...even by mfgr. Remembers "favorite" setting. Returns to last setting in power loss which means it can be on a switched circuit. And others! Very well designed item.

Does exactly what it says; and Caseta is the way to go without buying pricey specialized lights (it works with any dimmable bulb). Start with the switch 'kit' with the bridge for your modem, and you can control by voice or app too.
