Cookie jar was damaged when I received it: the lip around the top of the jar—- a piece broke off. I am assuming (hopeful) it occurred during the mailing process. The jar was wrapped but I think it could have been wrapped with more packaging bubble wrap to ensure the jar would be delivered as described!!! Owner did not respond to my email - not even an apology.
