    In Season One, the MythBusters were developing the formula for a great series.

    They chose some great myths to test, and devised some exciting experiments. "Folklorist" Heather Joseph-Witham explains why people would believe each myth, or how it got started. Since most of these explanations were either obvious or not interesting, her segments seemed like annoying interruptions. Her part was dropped early in the second season.
