Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in DJ Turntables
This Is my preferred turntable of choice, to play on and refurbish for my turntable business. Some people moan about rumble, this is usually due to badly secured earth. The Technics purists will spout Ooooh but it's not as good as a 1210, well thats fine if you've got £500 + to spend and that might only get you a tatty one. The advice I would give when buying a tt200, tt500 or ttx is they all have a rubber coating that can be covered in a sticky residue. Because it's rubber it reacts with furnature polish, so always refur to the manual. If you don't have one you can download it for free from numark. Zoom in on the photos to see if there are deep scratches. One in three that I buy for restoration are scrap for parts. The numark head shells and groovetool cartridge are fine and sound ok but look out for turntables fitted with the stanton 500 ii or the 505. These are better. Also one step up is the ortofon concorde, but your going to pay a bit more. All in all I would say this is Numarks best turntable as it's the start of their professional range( NO LONGER MADE) but has less to go wrong compaired to the tt500 and the ttx.Read full review

Brilliant product from numark, perfect for beginners or even experienced dj's, would recommend to anyone!
I will try to explain my reasons why I bought non running Numark TT200 Turntable in the following statement. I have already one Numark TTUSB belt drive, one direct and another one belt drive also made by Numark with pretty similar external design and features. I believe Numark turntables are great for beginners DJ’s or guys than doesn't had audiophile pretensions when listening to the vinyl plate. Belt drive Numarks are easy to keep running – just replace one cheap belt and you can easily get interchangeable parts from the cheaper ION turntables – I'm keeping one for parts such as broken tone arm counterweights mounts (they get easily snap off during transportations or storing), plastic parts, buttons, electrical parts and ect.). All belt drive Numarks are pretty easy to repair or even upgrade with USB feature from ION. Direct drive ones had one issue which is their drought grease on the axis end supporter. Yep, you have to remove bottom cover and check for the grease status – if you are lucky you can just remove old one and grease up axis end with fresh one, if not (motor or other electrical part is burned out) you have to look for spares. Particularly I have a chance to put this TT200 in running mode again. Comparing to the rest Numark’s models this one has couple of features that I found for a pretty wise if you get use to use them. One of them is the tone arm – easy to remove/change – S shaped for listening in home or straight for battle mode – I found this one for a very convenient. Reverse button feature is also cool for X-periments with vinyl plates and the larger play/pause buttons are very comfortable also for a battle or regular use. Pitch slider and speed buttons panels are interchangeable – default position is not very spacious to slide around the pitch controller as you slide in the mixer. Also power cord is removable and this is also a plus when you need to replace worn out or cut one. Unfortunately this turntable don’t have USB port which will lead you to search for Numrk USB converter or mixer with USB in order to digitize your vinyl or to get samples from. If you are looking for Technics quality, please try somewhere else (some audiophile user states brum noise from internal power transformers when listening in home environment). Thanks for reading it – hope it was useful for you.Read full review
These decks are great for the beginner or intermediate DJ! These have 3 speeds which can come in handy sometimes. They have good features on the decks but suprisingly being made by Numark, they are very durable and robust! highly recommended if your a beginner or intermediate Dj!
Good deck, solid build for the price, I have used 1210 mk5gs in the past and I must say these decks to have a habit to over compensate after a phase adjust but apart from that awesome!!
I am very happy !!! This is one of my Best buys!!! Its so good to get back into my old tunes & my mixing is being REBORN&RENEWED 2014.
for personal use.i never had one before.i want to start learn to stay a dj. a like to play the music on this. i dont know this my first of this kind.
I've only ever enjoyed playing on Technics and Vestax historically. I have owned 3 sets of Technics over the past 20 years, and when I came back to the mixing idea again I saw that Technics were now way over priced! So, I looked around for decks with a high KG/F torque and found that the TT200 was comparable. Using the deck, cuing it up, mixing with it, are all enjoyable and just like using a Technics, but it has extra features and is a bit more modern. Interchangeable arms too. I have a set of straight arms and a set of curved. Something that can happen with this model is that the motor driver chip burns out. It's a 1hr fix if you can use a soldering iron. A new chip costs £4 all in. Very little else can go wrong with it, but the black bits are plastic and the rubberised coating can become sticky to the touch. The silver bits are metal. Very heavy and sturdy. Fully recommended. I use with MP3 vinyls (Conectiv/Torq) since I produce my own dance music, and I couldn't be happier.Read full review
