I bought a beautiful Whittard teapot to replace an identical one that had lost its handle. The teapot arrived promptly and was as described. Unfortunately, the teapot had been broken in transit via Royal Mail, in spite of being very carefully wrapped and labelled using "fragile" tape. However, seller Linda cheerfully refunded me in full immediately and so, despite no teapot, the experience of buying from this seller was amazing and I'd definitely recommend!
