Seller DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. Post office sent this order on a 'long way home' route that appeared to have no end. I sought help from the seller and they refused to interact. I reported did not receive and miraculously 'received it' in the next few days. THE ICE BAGS are great though do take longer than the 'sweaty ones' to actually freeze. The bag is reminiscent of fabric... but not. It lives up to the hype in MUCH REDUCED condensation. Eventually a satisfied customer.
