Everything about this transactions was perfect except for one thing. Sadly the shipping company destroyed the plastic case of the machine. The computer was packed perfectly. Tons of layers of bubble wrap and everything. The machine got damaged from either callous handling or a nasty far drop. I contacted the seller and got them everything they needed to talk to the shipping company and the seller did everything to fix the issue. Will buy from again. Excellent seller

Great seller in ways that I can appreciate; great price for the PC, detailed description found in the listing and many images to show the PC. Item arrived packed very carefully and shipped timely between seller and FedEx. Granted that I had to send the PC back and it was not due to the seller sending a bad PC. As much as I tried to work with the PC and the monitors, cables and adapters I had on hand, the PC would not work. Kudos to the seller for their patience and understanding, appreciated.
